BTS Jimin, dreamy + sad "Like Crazy"

 All songs of the group BTS Jimin's first solo album "FACE" and the music video for the title song "Like Crazy" were released at 1 p.m. on the 24th.

The music video combines Jimin's empty eyes and a mournful tone in a dreamy atmosphere that seems to be wandering in a dream, making viewers fall in love.


"Like Crazy" is a synth pop genre that contrasts Jimin's mournful tone with the intense synth sound and drum sound. Jimin was inspired by his favorite movie 'Like Crazy' and participated in writing songs. The lyrics, which say that you are suffering from finding the person you loved in your dream and lose yourself trapped in a colorful light, but nevertheless, you want to stay in your dream forever, stimulate your emotions.


While the "Set Me Free Pt.2" music video released on the 17th revealed Jimin's strong expression, powerful group dance, and dynamic production, the "Like Crazy" music video captures the moment of turning away from reality and fleeing. In addition, it captures the moment of "self-awareness" facing "I" in the mirror, leading to the ambiguous spaces of reality and dreams fantasy.


"FACE" is an album that contains the feelings Jimin felt during the COVID-19 pandemic over the past two years. Jimin was able to prepare for a new start only through time to look inside while facing himself completely, and the album title was also set as "FACE," which means "face-to-face" and "face-to-face."
